Qualifications

• Minimum one year of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum three years of financial institution experience required.
• Must be able to cover staffing at any location within the region including branch transfers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations to ensure professional, timely service and KPI achievement.
• Mitigate risk and ensure compliance with regulatory laws, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee cash audits, outages, limit adjustments, and cash requirements.
• Coach staff to meet cross-selling and service goals while maintaining security and fraud controls.
• Handle escalated member issues and supervise QA and audits; train staff as needed.
