The Western branch emphasizes efficiency, risk management, and staff development, with opportunities to enhance member outcomes and sales performance within RBFCU's standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 1 year of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum 3 years of financial institution experience.
• Flexibility to cover staffing at multiple locations within the region.
• Ability to work a Monday–Saturday schedule.
• Proven risk management and relationship-building experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient, compliant service.
• Mitigate risk and ensure adherence to regulatory policies.
• Manage cash audits and branch financial needs, outages, and limits.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Coach staff on product benefits and cross-selling to members.
• Monitor KPIs, drive sales/service goals, and ensure quality service.
• Address escalated member issues and fraud mitigation efforts.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts and update training materials.
