Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of banking experience and three years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in English with strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of banking policies, regulations, and operational procedures.
• Experience mentoring staff and using banking systems and basic computer applications.
• Korean language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operational functions ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise tellers and staff, support day-to-day branch operations.
• Identify process improvements and drive efficiency in branch workflows.
• Manage cash handling, vault, and ATM balancing.
• Conduct audits and maintain documentation for compliance and risk management.
• Provide training and guidance to operational staff.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to meet branch goals and staffing decisions.
• Support customer concerns and contribute to sales goals with BM and PBO.
