Bank of Hope in Hawaii seeks an Operations Manager to oversee branch operations, ensure policy compliance, and support customer service excellence. You will supervise tellers and staff, drive process improvements, manage cash operations, and mentor the team while partnering with the Branch Manager to hit branch goals.

The role requires banking experience, supervisory background, strong leadership and communication skills, and a commitment to regulatory readiness. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• Five years of banking experience with at least three years in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong leadership, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, mentoring and interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all operational functions of the branch, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and support tellers and branch personnel in day-to-day operations.
• Monitor workflows to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
• Manage cash, vault operations, ATM balancing, and branch cash levels.
• Conduct audits to maintain compliance and minimize risks.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to staff on policies and procedures.
• Resolve escalated operational issues and customer concerns.
• Mentor team members and develop staff for ops functions.
• Assist Branch Manager with staffing decisions, scheduling and performance management.
• Actively contribute to branch sales goals with BM and PBO.
