Job summary

Bank of Hope in Hawaii seeks a Branch Operations Associate to handle daily transactions and support tellers during peak hours. You will ensure policy and security compliance and assist with audits and back-office tasks.

You will engage customers with personalized banking solutions, help resolve issues, and collaborate with leadership to grow the branch's customer base while mentoring staff on best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• At least 3 years of experience in branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily operational functions accurately and efficiently, including routine transactions.
• Assist tellers during peak hours or staff shortages, processing deposits, withdrawals and transfers.
• Ensure branch compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, including security protocols.
• Assist with audits and coordinate corrective actions.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote bank products and services.
• Support customer service excellence and resolve inquiries to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Mentor front-line staff on procedures and best practices, including back-office tasks.
