Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in banking and three years in a supervisory position.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field.
• Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with banking systems and basic computer applications.
• Additional languages: Korean preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operational functions, ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
• Supervise and support tellers and branch staff in day-to-day operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive efficiencies.
• Manage cash operations, vault, ATM balancing, and branch cash levels.
• Conduct audits and maintain records to support compliance and risk management.
• Provide training and mentorship to operational staff.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager to achieve branch goals and refer clients as needed.
• Support customer service strategies and address complex customer concerns.
