• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them effectively.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, resolve client issues, ensure policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs to enhance service.
• Promote self-service options to empower clients to access accounts anytime.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to keep branch secure and efficient.
