Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in California is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to partner with the Branch Manager and drive a welcoming, high‑performing branch environment. You will help ensure accurate transactions, uphold bank policies and regulatory requirements, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Daily duties include guiding lobby flow, greeting clients, promoting self‑service options, supervising cash devices, supporting audits, and coaching teammates to build trusted relationships and flawless

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership and operational skills.
• Ability to educate and coach branch staff and partners.
• Excellent client service and relationship-building abilities.
• Availability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming, high‑performing branch.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication and anticipate needs.
• Lead branch operations, cash devices, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Introduce clients to branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self‑service options to simplify client banking.
• Support audits and loss control to maintain secure, smooth operations.
