Job summary

• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them appropriately.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, and ensure policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify clients’ banking experience.
• Support branch operations, ensuring compliance, auditing, and loss control.
