Flexpipe is seeking a Branch Manager, Operations to lead the Midland and George West depots, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality serviceDelivery. You will drive customer satisfaction and reliable execution while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

The role reports to the Director, Operations and requires strong leadership, planning, and collaboration with sales, HSE, HR, and finance teams to achieve branch growth and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of progressive leadership experience in operations or related environments.
• Strong planning, resource allocation, and workflow management skills.
• Knowledge of HSE programs, regulatory compliance and safety.
• Experience managing budgets, cost controls, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the Midland branch to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to branch employees, including performance management and development.
• Plan staffing, equipment readiness, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet requirements.
• Monitor KPIs including safety, service quality, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and team effectiveness.
• Ensure facilities, vehicles, tools, and equipment are maintained and safe.
• Maintain accurate operational records and communicate priorities to leadership.
• Champion health, safety, and environmental culture and compliance.
• Mitigate operational, safety, service, and resource risks.
• Collaborate with sales, supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to meet objectives.
