Precision Pump and Valve (PPV) is seeking a Hands-on Branch Manager for the Midland, TX location to direct daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure quality customer service while achieving sales and productivity goals.

You will partner with district and regional leadership, set performance standards, manage branch profitability, and represent PPV to customers and the community. A proven track record in branch or operations management and strong leadership is required.

• Excellent leadership and management skills with proven ability to run a branch operation and hold a team accountable to results.
• Strong sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills — you lead by example with customers and team members alike.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to set clear expectations and resolve issues effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to prioritize and delegate appropriately in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• Direct and supervise the day-to-day operations and staff of the Midland branch, ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused operations at all times.
• Collaborate with district and regional leadership to set reasonable sales, retail, and operational goals for the branch.
• Set and communicate performance standards based on financial, operational, and compliance requirements — including internal, local, state, and federal policies and regulations.
• Hold full accountability for branch profitability, monitoring financial performance and taking corrective action as needed.
