Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Branch Manager to supervise all branch staff, maintain safe operations, and drive EBIT, sales, and inventory goals. You will recruit, train, and evaluate team members, plan workloads, and ensure exemplary customer service.

You will lead by example, manage pricing strategy, oversee invoicing and collections, and coordinate with the Area Manager to meet annual objectives. A valid license is required and experience in heavy-duty truck parts is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy duty truck parts, including 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Hire and supervise employees for counter sales, warehouse, delivery drivers and other roles.
• Plan schedules and maintain staffing levels to meet workloads.
• Oversee adherence to company policies and procedures and coach staff.
