Job summary

Enerflex Ltd. is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Kilgore branch, directing service, parts, and shop activity.

You will drive safety culture, manage budgets, forecast sales, and coordinate with customers and technical services for startups and warranties. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of related experience, strong leadership, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Some experience with plant operation is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and windows-based programs.

Responsibilities

• Fully implements and promotes Health, Safety & Environmental standards and policies.
• Meet branch financial objectives by estimating requirements, budgeting, and analyzing variances.
• Establish sales and service objectives and forecast revenue for existing and new products.
• Direct and coordinate shop activities and staffing; ensure service jobs complete.
• Maintain customer relationships and generate branch growth.
• Oversee equipment overhaul and repairs of rotating equipment.
• Plan, organize, and direct employee schedules, offices and facilities.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction across the designated area.
