Enerflex Ltd is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across services and parts. You will lead a diverse team, manage budgets, forecast sales, and coordinate startups and warranty work with Technical Services.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with 10+ years’ experience, strong leadership, budgeting, and MS Excel skills, and a proven ability to drive branch growth in a fast-paced environment in Kilgore, TX.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with ten or more years related experience and/or training.
• Experience with plant operation is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Promote safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Meet branch financial objectives and budgets.
• Forecast and develop annual sales, service quotas, and maintenance revenue.
• Set selling prices by monitoring costs and demand.
• Direct Field Service Manager and Shop/Service leaders.
• Communicate job scope to staff; support salary and promotions decisions.
• Recruit staff and enforce company policies.
• Coordinate with customers and technical services for startups and warranties.
• Improve service programs by analyzing failures and implementing new approaches.
• Ensure accurate paperwork for invoices, warranties, and expenses.
• Maintain customer relationships and branch growth.
• Oversee equipment overhaul and service of rotating equipment.
• Plan and direct employee schedules and facilities.
• Monitor operating efficiency and customer satisfaction.
