Job summary

Reece & Fortiline is seeking a Branch Operations Manager in the United States to drive performance of the branch team and execute the company vision. You will lead, coach, and support staff to deliver operational excellence, safety, and reliable service.

This role focuses on budgeting, inventory control, talent development, and customer focus, with accountability for EBITDA and ROI metrics. You will collaborate with senior leadership to plan, monitor progress, and implement strategic actions.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent job experience.
• Proven leadership experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence within the branch team and ensure standards are met.
• Maintain inventories and fixed assets and keep them controlled.
• Ensure OSHA safety standards are followed and record injuries/illnesses.
• Build a high-performing team through recruitment, coaching and development.
• Develop and manage annual budget and monitor financial performance to meet goals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to evaluate results and plan strategic actions.
• Maintain customer focus and resolve service complaints effectively.
• Communicate the company vision and strategy across the branch.
