Job summary

The Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure high-quality member service, manage risk, and support sales empowerment. The ABM provides guidance to staff and may assume AVP/BM duties in the Branch Manager's absence.

A bilingual Spanish/English certification is incentivized, and flexibility to cover multiple locations is expected. The role emphasizes leadership, compliance, and customer-focused growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum three years of financial institution experience.
• Flexible Monday through Saturday schedule.
• Ability to cover staffing at any location within the region.
• Proficient in PC, Microsoft Applications, Internet Explorer.
• Clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations to ensure quality member service.
• Mitigate risk by complying with regulatory laws and policies.
• Maintain branch cash audits and related outages management.
• Support RBFCU’s sales culture and achieve branch KPIs.
• Coach staff and promote cross-selling to members.
• Handle escalated member issues and complaints.
• Oversee QA audits and branch reporting.
