Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee branches region-wide, drive member service quality, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role focuses on coaching, strategy development, and collaboration with departments to optimize operations and staff performance.

You will analyze regional data, mentor leadership, and align regional goals with RBFCU's corporate priorities, while traveling periodically to RBFCU sites to maintain strong member relationships

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of eight years of progressive retail credit union or banking leadership experience.
• Demonstrated responsibility in leadership development and customer experience metrics.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and ability to travel to RBFCU sites.

Responsibilities

• Work with Branch Manager to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and RBFCU policies, monitoring productivity and quality.
• Manage CFPB complaint resolution process in the region, including investigation and coaching to prevent recurrence.
• Review and resolve escalated member concerns to identify patterns and improve service.
• Review, evaluate, and implement changes to policy and procedures to ensure compliance standards are met.
• Oversee Strategic Operations and develop the regional strategic plan aligned with corporate priorities.
• Develop and mentor branch management through training, coaching and accountability.
• Communicate expectations, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Stays informed on regional economic development and cultivate new membership opportunities.
• Plan, coordinate, and host department-wide manager meetings; ensure a productive learning environment.
