Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union (RBFCU) in Plano, TX is seeking a full-time AVP/Branch Manager to oversee operations, staff development, and service quality. You will ensure policy alignment, manage branch risk, and drive performance across branch functions with guidance from the Regional VP.

The role requires leadership, risk management experience, and the ability to coach staff. Willingness to work across branch locations to meet regional needs is expected.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of five years of financial institution experience.
• Minimum of three years of branch operations supervisory/management experience.
• Proven track record of managing branch risk and building relationships.
• Ability to analyze, develop, and improve processes and systems.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Generate and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Direct branch operations to deliver quality service and comply with policies.
• Review branch statistics and assess risk to mitigate issues.
• Lead staff development through coaching and performance feedback.
• Coordinate branch activities, governance, metrics, and reporting.
• Ensure timely and professional handling of complaints and service requests.
