Job summary

Randolph-Brooks Federal Credit Union is seeking a Regional Vice President to oversee branch operations across the region, ensuring top-tier service in line with RBFCU strategic goals and compliant with laws and internal policies. You will coach and develop branch leadership, drive performance through productivity initiatives, manage cross-department collaboration, and provide data-driven insights for training and process improvements.

Occasional travel to RBFCU sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional branch operations ensuring compliance with laws, policies, and service standards.
• Lead and develop branch leadership through coaching and productivity initiatives.
• Collaborate with other departments to update operating policies and procedures.
• Develop and monitor regional strategic plan aligned with corporate priorities.
• Coach managers, manage performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Travel periodically to RBFCU sites for visits and oversight.
