Responsibilities

• Coach and develop branch leadership; monitor performance via scorecards and surveys.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal laws and RBFCU policies; manage CFPB complaint resolution.
• Lead pilot projects, implement systemic improvements, and roll out new programs.
