Enterprise Bank & Trust in Chandler, AZ seeks an Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, ensure policy compliance, and guide tellers and financial services representatives.

You will coach staff, manage schedules, support hiring, and partner with the Branch Manager to drive service quality and cross-selling while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and community involvement.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years banking experience.
• Customer service experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Assists in supervising day-to-day branch operations.
• Provides coaching to associates and manages schedules.
• Partners with Branch Manager to guide staff and service delivery.
