Responsabilidades

• Manages and develops staff including hiring, scheduling, evaluating performance, and directing work to ensure productivity.
• Coordinates maintenance, service, and indoor air quality operations to improve efficiency.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaborates with the general manager on budgeting and cost control.
• Generates reports and tracks inventory, tools, and vehicles for accountability.
• Reviews performance reports with management and identifies improvement areas.
• Instructs crews on safe material usage and quality workmanship.
• Ensures payroll accuracy for technicians and proper shifts with dispatch.
• Monitors staffing and training needs to maintain service levels.
