The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of management experience in field operations and a working knowledge of plumbing and HVAC.

You will supervise staff, assist in hiring, manage budgets, review reports, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and HVAC.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong supervisory, communication and computer skills.
• Ability to work after regular business hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manages and develops staff, including hiring and evaluating performance.
• Coordinated activities of maintenance, service, and indoor air quality to improve efficiency.

• Generates reports and tracks inventory, tools and vehicles.
• Instructs crews on proper use of materials and workmanship.
• Ensures dispatch alignment of technicians for service types.
