Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations, support technicians, and ensure top-tier customer experiences. The role involves coordinating dispatch, overseeing staff, and driving efficiency from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of management experience, strong supervisory and communication skills, and knowledge of plumbing/HVAC systems. A valid driver's license is required. Health benefits and 401(k) are available.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop staff, including hiring, discipline, and scheduling.
• Coordinate maintenance, service, and indoor air quality activities.
• Resolve customer issues and manage budgets with the GM.
• Generate reports and track inventory, tools, and vehicles.
• Ensure vehicle stock and warranty parts management.
