Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Manager to lead our service operations in Brownsburg, IN. You will support technicians, work with dispatch, and ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.

The role emphasizes team development, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination across maintenance, service, and indoor air quality teams. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of management experience, a plumbing/HVAC background, and strong supervisory and computer skills.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and HVAC is required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong supervisory, communication and computer skills.
• Ability to work after regular business hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and develops staff, including hiring, termination, budgeting, and directing work assignments to ensure effective production.
• Coordinates maintenance, service, and indoor air quality departments to improve operational efficiency using reports.
• Resolves customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborates on budgeting with the general manager.
• Generates reports and maintains records on inventory, tools, and vehicles.
• Trains crews on proper use of materials and workmanship.
• Ensures vehicles are stocked and warranty parts are managed.
