Responsibilities

• Lead team and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Support technicians and coordinate with dispatch.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience from start to finish.
• Assist in budgeting and monitoring department performance.
• Generate and review reports on inventory, tools, and vehicles.
• Provide instruction on materials usage and quality workmanship.
• Review payroll records to ensure proper pay for technicians.
• Coordinate with dispatch to assign suitable technicians.
