Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling in Dayton, OH is seeking a Manager to lead the service and maintenance teams, coordinate operations, and ensure top-notch customer experiences. You will guide technicians, manage dispatch coordination, and own daily operations while upholding our core values of integrity, ownership, and service.

The role requires 3+ years of management experience in a plumbing/HVAC setting, a valid driver's license, and strong supervisory and computer skills.

Competenze

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years management experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and HVAC.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong supervisory, communication and computer skills.
• Willing to work after regular business hours as needed.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop staff, including hiring, termination, discipline, scheduling, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments to ensure effective production.
• Coordinate maintenance, service, and indoor air quality activities to improve operational efficiency using reports to monitor performance.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the general manager on budgeting and cost control.
• Generate reports and records on inventory, tools, vehicles, and departmental operations.
• Review payroll records to ensure technicians are paid properly.
• Communicate with dispatchers to assign appropriate technicians for service types.
• Evaluate staff to determine training requirements.
• Ensure company vehicles are stocked and warranty parts are managed and reordered as needed.
