Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader to architect a high‑performing branch team focused on world‑class service. After a 90‑day training period, you will lead local operations, travel 25% of the time, and be prepared to relocate within the division for advancement.

You will drive revenue growth, mentor staff, manage the P&L, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with senior leadership on hiring and performance decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven success driving revenue for a Home Services company.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• 5–7 years: Multi-operational or sales management experience.
• 5–7 years: P&L responsibility experience and expense control strategies.
• 5–7 years: Demonstrated customer relations experience.
• 5–7 years: Experience with P&L management and business processes.
• 5–7 years: Operations or sales management experience with a results-driven company.
• 5–7 years: Proven ability to achieve profitable growth.
• 5–7 years: Mentoring, coaching, motivating and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch location after 90 days of training.
• Travel to branch offices 25% of the time.
• Relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire team to deliver top-notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Manage P&L and investments with expense controls.
