Orkin seeks an Operations Manager / People Leader to architect a high-performing team delivering world-class service for a trusted industry giant with over 120 years of experience protecting homes and businesses.

This role offers leadership across branch operations, revenue growth, and people development, with travel and relocation opportunities within the division to progress toward regional leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience.
• Documented success driving revenue for a Home Services company.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• 5-7 years: Multi-operational or sales management experience.
• 5-7 years: P&L responsibility and expense control strategies.
• 5-7 years: Customer relations experience.
• 5-7 years: Experience with P&L management and business processes.
• 5-7 years: Operations or sales management experience with a results-driven company.
• 5-7 years: Proven ability to achieve profitable growth.
• 5-7 years: Mentoring, coaching, motivating and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch location after 90 days of training.
• Travel 25% of the time for branch office visits.
• Relocate within the division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Demonstrate strong operational skills with P&L oversight.
• Ensure compliance with laws and vehicle policies.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate and coach.
• Drive sales initiatives and results.
• Identify cost savings and service improvements.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and HR on hiring and succession decisions.
• Promote positive employee relations and high morale.
• Maintain knowledge in pest/termite service and operations.
