Job summary

Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader to guide a branch, grow revenue, and drive exceptional service. You will lead a team after a 90‑day training period, travel for site visits, and be ready to relocate within the division for advancement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proven success driving revenue for a Home Services company.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.
• 5–7 years: multi-operational or sales management experience.
• 5–7 years: P&L responsibility and expense control experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a branch location after completing 90 days of training.
• Travel up to 25% of the time for branch office visits.
• Be willing to relocate within division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and continual improvement.
• Drive revenue growth and hold teams accountable for results.
• Manage P&L and balance expenses with growth investments.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, coach and develop staff.
• Drive sales initiatives and identify cost-saving improvements.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership and HR on hiring and promotions.
