Orkin is seeking an Operations Manager / People Leader to act as the architect of a high-performing team delivering world-class service for a trusted, century-old brand. You will drive revenue growth, lead a branch after a 90-day training period, and relocate within the division as needed to scale leadership.

You’ll mentor and coach staff, manage P&L, and collaborate with senior leadership on hiring, promotions, and performance improvements while maintaining compliance and strong customer

Formación

• Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• 5–7 years: Multi-operational or sales management experience with a results-driven company.
• 5–7 years: P&L responsibility experience and expense control strategies.
• 5–7 years: Demonstrated customer relations experience.
• 5–7 years: Proven ability to achieve profitable growth.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a branch location after completing an initial 90 days of training.
• Travel in the field for branch office visits 25% of the time.
• Be able to relocate within the division geography for higher roles.
• Inspire your team to deliver top-notch service and continuous improvement.
• Drive sales initiatives and results and hold teams accountable for outcomes.
• Manage P&L and invest in growth with balanced expense margins.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, evaluate and coach staff.
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership on hiring, promotions, succession and performance decisions.
• Promote positive employee relations and high morale.
