Formación

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of relevant experience or a HS diploma with 5 years in financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch management.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and develop staff while maintaining operational soundness.
