Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking an Operations Services Supervisor for our Williamston branch. You will lead a team of service line associates, process teller transactions, and guide daily operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.

You will identify sales opportunities, educate customers about bank capabilities, and collaborate with partners to deliver exceptional service while maintaining strong risk controls and operational soundness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree + 1 year experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent + 5 years experience in Financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management.
• Preferred: Management or supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Service Standards - Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects and colleagues. Initiate conversation to uncover sales or referral opportunities. Listen attentively and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and preferences; and take prompt actions to address immediate needs.
