Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and banking experience.
• At least one year supervisory experience at a branch.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to bank core values and maintain dependability.
• Promote Customer Service Protocols in branch operations.
• Conduct monthly certifications and ensure annual audit scores.
• Coach and supervise Customer Service Representatives and Personal Bankers.
• Help manager achieve branch goals through sales and referrals.
• Oversee branch operations during manager absence.
• Travel to assigned bank locations as needed.
