Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 1 year of experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 5 years in financial services, customer service, bank operations, or branch operations management.
Preferred: management or supervisory experience.
Experience with retail banking products, services, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

Foster customer-focused service standards and identify sales or referral opportunities.
Manage risk, comply with bank policies, and oversee operational efficiency and accuracy of deposits and transactions.
