Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients in person, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication, understand needs, and check them into the waiting queue for a smooth visit.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like cash vault and ATM; resolve issues while following policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify the banking experience for clients.
• Support all branch operations with focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
