Job summary

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager, lead daily branch activities, and mentor staff to provide accurate service and build lasting client relationships. Weekend/evening availability is required.

Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain keen eye for detail and organizational skills to juggle tasks.
• Demonstrate leadership and operational proficiency for accurate transactions.
• Educate branch team and partners to stay connected and informed.
• Engage with clients, educate them, and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create welcoming, exceptional client experiences.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and manage queue effectively.
• Lead branch operations, cash devices, and ensure adherence to policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service.
• Promote self-service options to clients for 24/7 access.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, focusing on loss control, compliance, and audits.
