You will lead daily operations across lobby activities, ATM/cash devices, and issue resolution while maintaining strong loss prevention and audit readiness. Weekend/evening hours are required.

• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices, resolve issues per policy.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service with care.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support all branch operations, ensuring loss control, compliance, and audits.
