Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commitment to policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, monitor lobby flow and schedule meetings.
• Explain and guide clients to self-service options for easy access to accounts.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Support loss control, compliance and audits to keep branch secure and efficient.
