This role focuses on overseeing daily branch operations, guiding cash handling, lobby flow, and client engagement, and introducing customers to self-service options to streamline banking. Travel for training is required; weekend/evening hours may be needed.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED (or foreign equivalent).
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commitment to policy, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• engage clients, understand needs, and guide them to self-service options.
• Oversee branch operations including cash devices like cash vault and ATM; resolve issues.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure branch security and smooth operations.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and refer to specialists when needed.
