You'll guide the lobby, supervise daily operations, and promote self-service options to simplify banking for customers. You will lead the branch team, enforce policies, and participate in audits, with training through our Branch Operations Lead program and travel for in-person sessions as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming, vibrant branch and an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear, courteous communication and anticipate needs during visits.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, while ensuring compliance and issue resolution.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and other experts to address specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and enable account access 24/7.
• Support all branch operations, maintaining high standards for loss control, compliance, and audits.
