Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience (preferred).
• College degree or military equivalent (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage transactions, ensuring a welcoming experience.
• Assist with transactions, lobby flow, and scheduling meetings to build relationships.
• Lead branch operations and manage cash devices, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and cross-sell services where appropriate.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to maintain branch security.
