Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high‑energy branch and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build relationships.
• Engage clients with clear communication, anticipate needs, and check them into the waiting queue.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, while ensuring policy adherence.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify access to accounts at any time.
• Support all branch operations with loss control, compliance, and audits.
