Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail banking experience.

• Successful completion of Branch Operations Lead Training Program.
• Willingness to travel for in-person training and meetings.
• College degree or military equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere in the branch.
• Greet clients warmly as they enter the branch and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and guide them to solutions.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and build lasting relationships.
• Promote self-service options to simplify clients' banking experiences and accessibility.
• Support all aspects of branch operations, including loss control, compliance, and audits.
