Qualifications

• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and stay organized to juggle tasks.
• Lead branch operations with accuracy and teamwork.
• Educate and empower the branch team and partners.
• Engage clients and refer to experts when needed.
• Minimum 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch environment.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions while managing lobby flow and meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand client needs and guide them.
• Oversee cash devices (cash vault, ATM) and resolve client issues per policy.
• Introduce clients to the team to deliver seamless service and cross-sell when appropriate.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking for clients.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure branch security and efficiency.
