• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM; resolve client issues while adhering to bank policies.
• Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and check them into the waiting queue.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Promote self-service options to simplify banking and enable 24/7 access.
• Support branch operations with focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
