Greet clients entering the branch and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
Engage clients with clear communication to understand needs and check them into the waiting queue for a smooth visit.
Lead branch operations, including cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, resolving issues while ensuring compliance.
Introduce clients to the branch team and collaborate to deliver seamless service and tailored financial help.
Promote self-service options to let clients access accounts anytime, day or night.
Support all branch operations with a focus on loss control, compliance, and audits.
