• Assist clients with transactions and guide them to self-service options.
• Lead branch operations, including cash devices, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance.
• Introduce clients to the branch team and assist with specialized financial needs.
• Support loss control, compliance, and audits to ensure smooth operations.
