Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to oversee daily branch activities, lead a team, and ensure accurate processing of transactions while upholding bank policies. You will educate clients on services, manage cash devices, and foster a welcoming environment that builds lasting client relationships.

The role requires leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible branch hours, including weekends and evenings. Training will precede placement as Branch Operations Lead.

Qualifications

• Adhere to banking policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Lead branch operations and ensure transaction accuracy.
• Educate clients and partners about banking services.
• Build relationships and refer clients to experts when needed.
• Able to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming, high-performing branch environment.
• Greet clients warmly, assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and guide clients to solutions.
• Lead branch operations, manage cash devices and ensure smooth service.
• Introduce clients to the branch team for seamless service and referrals.
• Promote self-service options to empower clients to access accounts anytime.
• Support Branch Manager to maintain loss control, compliance and audits.
