Chase is seeking a Branch Operations Lead to guide daily branch activities, ensure accurate transactions, and promote customer-centric service. You will partner with the Branch Manager to train staff, maintain compliance, and drive loss prevention while fostering a welcoming community in the branch.

The role emphasizes coaching teammates, overseeing cash operations, and helping clients with both in-person and self-service banking options. Weekend/evening hours may be required.

Qualificações

• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulatory banking requirements.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized for multitasking.
• Strong leadership and operational proficiency in branch settings.
• Educate and align branch team and partners on processes.
• Build relationships with clients and refer to experts when needed.
• 1+ years of retail banking experience.
• High school diploma or GED or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours incl. weekends/evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with Branch Manager to create a welcoming branch culture and exceptional client experience.
• Greet clients and assist with transactions, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings.
• Communicate clearly to understand needs and smooth check-in for visits.
• Lead branch operations including cash devices and resolve issues per policies.
• Introduce clients to the branch team to deliver seamless service and assist with specialized needs.
• Explain self-service options to empower clients to access accounts any time.
• Support all branch operations, maintain loss control, compliance, and audits.
